Start with your account email and a brief description of what you expected and what happened. For a video issue, include the details available to you:
- the task ID
- roughly when you submitted the video, including your time zone
- the template you chose
- any error text that appeared
Using the generator
Write in if you are unsure which photo to use, if an upload is rejected, if you cannot find a finished video in My videos, or if a credit does not reappear after a failed generation. For a missing credit, the task ID is the most useful detail.
Billing and refunds
When your question is about money, tell us which pack it concerns (Single Take, Encore Pack or Full Set) and which payment provider the checkout page named. Please never put card numbers, passwords, API keys or similar credentials in an email.
Every pack is a one-time payment and nothing renews. The Refund Policy explains what can be refunded.
